Great product, bad customer service
The sign is great. Exactly what I needed. However, customer service during the shopping experience was bad. I used the chat feature to find out about mounting hardware to mount the sign on a light pole. All I was told was - "you need to send us an email with the sign you want to purchase and a picture of where it will be mounted." That was it. Not helpful at all. I found another company that sells signs and they helped me find what I needed. And btw - SmartSign doesn't even carrying the hardware I needed.
