It came put together completely and it arrived earlier than expected. It was broken by somebody on the first day. I was able to put it back together in a minute and it is good as new. Reflective is great to have and worth the extra cost. Very sturdy and so far have not needed to add sand/water inside of it. This sign is great and I am glad I did not buy a cheap one
