Prefect sign but.......
Prefect product. Shipping hurt. Ordered 2 signs due to shipping cost. figured the
second one would not add much. But the computer made them two separate
shipping packages and made the shipping cost more than the two signs.
So I just ordered the one that I really needed.
I did call and inquire about the crazy shipping fee, and was told that UPS requires them
to ship in separate packages..... One sign 18X24 ships in a bubble envelope 13X19X1/2'
How much more can a second sign add?? One more pound and 1/2" more to the package.
So if I ordered 10 of these same signs, they would have shipped me 10 envelopes and the
cost of shipping would be $300.00 for $252.00 worth of product.
This was my experience...... If this IS NOT your policy, please respond with correct info and
correct your reps so they can provide correct information to customers.
