This is perfect for where I live; since the only yard for my grands and to ride their bikes and play while I sit on my deck and watch them. This parking lot is for our tenants only which is quite long, so while everyone is gone for the day they play. This will also benefit other tenants who family may want to have their young ones outside. I can put the sign at the top so when they drive in they will know to go slower.
