I ordered an Interstate shield sign with a custom graphic instead of the standard word INTERSTATE. Phone support led me to Jennifer. The sign is very professional, the graphics are clean, and the ordering process was easy & fast. From the website it was not totally clear whether the metal shape of the Interstate sign would be shield-shaped (like you'd expect in a real highway sign) or square metal (with the shield painted on the square). It was square metal, a white field, with the shield painted on...just like the website shows. It looks great.
