No jaywalking - force people to be more safety conscious. With a sign, people will only walk on the signal.
Standard: Traffic Signal signs applicable to pedestrian actuation or bicyclist actuation shall be mounted immediately above or incorporated into the pushbutton detector units (see Section 4E.08).
