It has slowed a few people down. I live in a 25 mile an hour zone. We have 18 wheelers going by here all hours of the day and night at a very high speed. We have a little 3 year old boy in our neighborhood. It doesn't do any good to call the police as they take them to court, the Judge gives them a slap on the wrist and they keep right on speeding. So I'm hoping this will help. A few of them have slowed down.
